Job Summary The condominiums of Hokulani in Kailua is seeking an experienced individual who will enjoy and appreciate working outdoors in our quiet, friendly, and supportive environment. Routine duties for our two-person grounds team include proper care of lawns, shrubs, planters, sprinkler systems, overall grounds & custodial, with occasional small landscape renovation and light facility maintenance projects within our 5-acre property. Significant and applicable knowledge, experience, and skills are desired, along with efficient and safe work habits, dedication, integrity, dependability and a lot of aloha. Not all applicants can or will be interviewed. Qualifications Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance roles. Knowledge and interest in basic horticulture principles is beneficial Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment with a focus on safety standards such as power tool safety protocols Ability to operate irrigation systems and troubleshoot related issues effectively Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including prolonged outdoor work in various weather conditions A sincere interest in the property, details, and learning new skills and routines Effectively working as a team member and independently, and always engaged in open, honest communication with manager and fellow groundskeeper(s).

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
