Job Description

NOW HIRING - FULL-TIME LANDSCAPER/ BUILDING MAINTENANCE A
townhouse community in Salt Lake (Honolulu) is seeking a reliable full-time Landscaper/Building Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, pruning, irrigation checks) General building upkeep and preventative maintenance Common area cleaning and minor repairs Monitoring property conditions and reporting issues Assisting with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Prior landscaping and/or property maintenance experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance equipment Dpendendable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license preferred
Schedule & Benefits:
