As a Landscape Laborer, you will help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for clients by performing a variety of hands-on landscaping and construction tasks. Responsibilities Perform landscape labor such as hand digging, grading, moving soils and gravel, and operating landscaping machinery as needed Assist with fence installations, concrete work, and irrigation system installation Drive company vehicles to and from job sites Follow assigned work schedules and complete tasks according to project specifications and company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and organizing at the shop Care for and safely handle company equipment, including ensuring proper oil and gas mixtures Build positive relationships with clients and team members through professionalism and effective communication Support the team and project goals by performing other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license required Ability to operate landscaping equipment and drive with a trailer or small equipment Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days Opportunities for advancement Be part of Hawaiis Best Landscaping Company Offered compensation: $17/yr - $21/yr Experience and License Requirements Construction
