Looking for a climbers, tree trimmers, and groundsmen to handle an increase in jobs. I'm putting together another crew so experience in the industry is a must. At minimum, One or preferably two employees must be able to drive one of my commercial trucks so class 4 license or above is needed but this role can be filled by a groundsman or a climber. I'm willing to provide relocation assistance to select candidates who have experience leading crews, experienced climbers, and CDL truck drivers. The ideal candidate will be required to do all types of tree service work as well which would be doing grounds work if needed, tree trimming, and removals. Climbers should know how to do either SRT or DRT, use spikes, and know how to rig. Proper tree trimming and removal techniques are a must with all sizes of trees.

Must-Have:

• 1+ yrs of experience in the tree industry which includes ground work, tree trimming, and removals. The exception is type 4, CDL B or A drivers who want to learn the industry.
• Either a groundsman or climber must be able to get a Type 4 / CDL C or above within 2 months of getting hired.
• Knowledge of all proper safety equipment and arborist tools.

Nice to

Have:

• Certifications such as CDL B or A license, boom truck worker cert, tree worker cert, and arborist cert.

This job is 5 days / 40 hrs per week. There might be overtime on certain projects but nothing is guaranteed. The company is growing so this could lead to a more challenging position in the future.
