We are the GO Team!? What You'll Do A typical Grounds Technician day might include: Keeping our community looking its best by maintaining the grounds. Removing trash and debris to ensure a clean and inviting environment. Assisting with light maintenance tasks, such as power washing, painting, or minor repairs. Helping with snow removal and salting walkways during winter months (stocking cap included!). Supporting the maintenance team with curb appeal projects and community enhancements. What You Need to Get the Job Done This role might be a fit for you if: You love working outdoors and take pride in creating a clean, well-kept environment. You have an eye for detail and enjoy making landscapes look their best. You don't mind getting your hands dirty and working in different weather conditions.
