Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris. Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage. Participate in tree care activities such as pruning and removal as needed. Conduct gardening tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties. Collaborate with crew leaders to execute landscaping projects effectively and efficiently. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Uphold safety standards while performing all tasks to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Requirements Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices is essential. Supervising experience is a plus for those looking to advance within the company. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Familiarity with irrigation systems and gardening practices is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
