L&S Lawn Services is a growing lawn care company, and as we continue to add new customers, we are looking for the right candidate to join our team . We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and responsible Lawn Care Crew Member who takes pride in their work and can work efficiently as part of a team.

Position:

Lawn Care Crew Member Hours:

Approximately 40-50 hours per week during the lawn care season

Based on experience

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience safely operating zero-turn/stand-on commercial mowers is strongly preferred. Experience operating commercial walk-behind mowers is strongly preferred. Must have experience with string trimming/weed eating around landscaping, fences, buildings, trees, sidewalks, and other obstacles without causing damage. Must know how to properly edge sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and landscaping areas to provide a clean, professional appearance. Must understand proper mowing techniques, including maintaining straight mowing lines, avoiding scalping, and leaving properties looking professional. Must be able to use backpack or handheld blowers to properly clean sidewalks, driveways, landscaping, and other areas after mowing. Must be able to work outdoors in hot weather and changing weather conditions . Must be physically capable of performing lawn care work for extended periods. Must be dependable and able to report to work on time. Valid driver's license required. Must be able to follow instructions and work well with other crew members. Must take care of company equipment and customers' property. What We Expect At L&S Lawn Services, quality matters.
