Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to maintain lawns, gardens, and hardscape areas with precision and care Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces Follow safety protocols diligently while handling equipment and chemicals like pesticides or fertilizers Assist with tree trimming, hardscape installation, and general landscaping projects to improve overall landscape health and appearance Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience or background in groundskeeping, landscaping, or horticulture is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment operation is essential Ability to follow safety procedures strictly while working with equipment and chemicals Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail for maintaining high standards of landscape quality Willingness to learn new skills related to grounds maintenance and landscaping techniques Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a visible difference!
