Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance and hardscape installation, ensuring that our clients' properties are visually appealing. Operate hand tools and machinery for various landscaping tasks. Assist in the installation of irrigation and drainage systems Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility of properties. Engage in tree pruning, mulching, edging, and weeding. Build landscape features such as flower beds, concrete and paver pathways, retaining walls and concrete. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment during and after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating various landscaping equipment. Ability with digging and wheelbarrows is a MUST. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record. Truck and trailer experience preferred.
