Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced landscape laborer who is responsible for providing a wide range of landscaping services. This employee will work to install hardscape projects including patios, walkways, steps, and retaining walls to complement the landscape on residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, ability to problem solve and think critically, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Duties Valid CDL Liscence required Operate Skid Steer, Dump Truck, Endloader, Excavator, and other heavy equipment Plant vegetation such as flowers, trees, shrubs, and hedges Dig, spread, and level soil using shovels, rakes, and other hand and landscaping tools Clear debris and remove waste from landscaping areas Install landscape edging and borders Install hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment Qualifications 2 or more years previous experience working in landscaping or construction Knowledge of landscaping/construction tools and equipment Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions. Experience with tree care and maintenance is beneficial. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to problem solve Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping tasks. Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical activities.
