Job Description

Summary We are looking for a dependable building and grounds keeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our indoor and outdoor facilities. This position is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and caring for the facility and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, take pride in their work, and able to work independently as a self-starter. Description Monday-Friday Day shift with overtime available Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors Remove trash and debris from indoor and outdoor areas Clean bathrooms, breakrooms, walls, and windows Operate equipment such as carpet cleaners, floor scrubbers, and mowers Safely use cleaning products Handle snow removal from sidewalks and parking area Mow, trim, and maintain lawn Requirements Valid Driver's License Prior experience with floor scrubbers and mowers preferred Physical ability to lift 50lbs, stoop, crawl, and climb
