In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, ensuring landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments through skilled landscaping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and equipment, and contribute to the aesthetic and functional quality of our clients' properties. Whether you're planting trees or installing hardscape features, your efforts will make a lasting impact on the environment and community. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep turf healthy and lush Maintain landscapes by planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery with precision and care Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks including trimming, pruning, planting, and installing landscape features Operate heavy equipment such as excavators and other construction machinery for site preparation and hardscape installation Conduct landscape maintenance/installation activities including shrub and tree trimming and planting, rock/mulch bed installation, concrete curbing installation, seeding/sodding and snow plowing during winter months Assist with the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Experience Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is highly preferred but not mandatory Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment such as excavators is helpful Familiarity with lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including irrigation systems management and snow plowing operations Ability to perform tree care tasks such as trimming, pruning, planting or removal with safety awareness Experience working with landscaping materials like stone, wood, concrete or mulch is a plus Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and outdoor work environments Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces that inspire!
