- Full-time Mowing and Landscape Bed Maintenance Technician (Seasonal + Snow) Job Overview This position floats between our Mowing and Maintenance (bed maintenance) teams.
Pay:
$18 to $22/hr (based on experience/certifications)Schedule:
Mon to Fri, typically 7:30am to 5:30pm (in-season) Seasonal role: This position is seasonal during the growing season. Team members are typically laid off in winter and are expected to return for on-call snow removal work. Wells Hollow Landscaping delivers premium outdoor service and craftsmanship. What you'll do (Turf + Maintenance Responsibilities): Mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup for a crisp finished look Landscape Bed maintenance: weeding, trimming/pruning (as trained), edging, mulching, seasonal cleanups Load/unload trucks, keep equipment clean and job-ready Work safely, efficiently, and professionally as part of a crew What we're looking for: Lawn/landscape experience preferred, not required Reliable, accountable, coachable, team-first Detail-oriented and safety-minded Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather Valid driver's license and good driving record (CDL a plus and earns higher pay) Available for on-call snow removal work during winter monthsBenefits:
