DAILYOPERATIONS & JOB EXECUTION
Assist with pruning, removals, and storm damage cleanup. Drag brush, feed chippers, and handle ropes during climbing/rigging operations. Operate chainsaws, blowers, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Show up on time, in uniform, with a great attitude—ready to represent the team.EQUIPMENT HANDLING & MAINTENANCE
Safely use and care for chainsaws, chippers, ropes, and gear. Help load/unload equipment and secure properly. Report and assist with daily inspections of tools and equipment.QUALITY & SAFETY
Follow all company and industry safety protocols. Keep worksites organized, safe, and clean. Alert crew leaders to hazards, property concerns, or equipment issues.TEAMWORK & COMMUNICATION
Follow directions from your crew leader and work closely with teammates. Support your crew—help with brush, ropes, or finishing touches. Be open to coaching and eager to learn new skills.THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF
