Personnel Plus is now hiring a Grounds Maintenance Worker in Caldwell, ID Personnel Plus is looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining clean and attractive landscapes, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Pay and schedule:
$17 P/H| Monday-Friday| 7am-6pm| Seasonal Full Time What you'll do: Perform general grounds maintenance and landscaping duties. Assist with planting, cultivating, pruning, spraying, and trimming flowers, shrubs, and trees. Maintain outdoor areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-kept. Operate and assist with the maintenance of transportation and grounds keeping equipment. Follow oral and written instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Make sound decisions when faced with challenging or unexpected situations. Work closely with team members to meet daily goals and company standards. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Perform any other duties as assigned. What you'll need: Some knowledge of general grounds maintenance practices. Knowledge of planting, cultivating, pruning, spraying, and trimming requirements for typical flowers, shrubs, and trees. Some knowledge of transportation and maintenance equipment. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to meeting company standards. Dependable, reliable, and able to maintain consistent attendance. Have a valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug screen
