Landscape Maintenance Crew Member Job Overview One Landscape is looking for dependable, hardworking Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our growing team. This position focuses on maintaining commercial, HOA, multifamily, and select residential properties throughout the Treasure Valley. You'll work as part of a crew performing mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and other routine landscape maintenance while helping keep properties clean and professionally maintained. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, show up consistently, work well with a team, and want the opportunity to grow with a growing landscape company. Responsibilities Mow properties using professional landscape equipment String trim and edge turf areas, sidewalks, curbs, and landscape beds Blow off sidewalks, parking areas, entrances, and other hard surfaces Perform routine landscape cleanup and property detailing Prune and trim shrubs and other plant material as directed Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and other unwanted material from landscape areas Identify and report irrigation issues, plant health concerns, property damage, or other site issues to the crew leader Load, unload, and safely handle tools and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area, truck, and trailer Follow company safety procedures and equipment operating practices Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete scheduled properties Communicate with crew leaders and managers regarding property conditions or issues Help maintain the quality standards expected on every property Qualifications Previous professional landscape maintenance experience is preferred but not required We are willing to train dependable applicants with a strong work ethic Ability to safely operate or learn to operate commercial mowers, string trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other landscape equipment Dependable and able to arrive on time consistently Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds when needed Valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus, but not required for every crew member Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We value employees who: Show up ready to work Take care of company equipment Pay attention to the details of each property Work efficiently without sacrificing quality Communicate well with their crew Are willing to learn and improve Want to take on more responsibility as they gain experience Growth Opportunities One Landscape is continuing to grow, and we want employees who can grow with us. Work Environment This is an outdoor, physically active position. Employees should be prepared to work in changing weather conditions and perform repetitive physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, trimming, mowing, and operating landscape equipment for extended periods. Compensation $17.00-$24.00 per hour , depending on experience, skills, driving ability, and equipment experience.
