at Personnel Plus, Inc. in Nampa, Idaho, United States Job Description Landscape Irrigation Technician- Nampa Personnel Plus ins now hiring a Landscape Irrigation Technician in Nampa, ID Our client is seeking a Landscape Irrigation Technician that can Install, repair, and maintain sprinkler and irrigation systems while performing general landscaping duties, while ensuring landscapes are healthy, clean, and well-maintained.
Pay and Schedule :
$18 P/H| Monday-Friday| 7am-4pm| Seasonal What you'll do:- Assist with sprinkler/irrigation installation, repairs, and basic maintenance
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain grass areas
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscape plants
- Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge clippers, and other hand tools
- Install, cut, secure, and maintain weed barrier/fabric for landscaping projects
- Prepare landscape beds and areas for weed barrier, mulch, rock, and other materials
- Spread and install mulch, soil, fertilizer, rock, and other landscaping materials
- Follow all safety procedures and properly operate tools and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Remove weeds, debris, and trash from job site
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete landscaping projects
- Perform any other duties as assigned What you'll need:
- Experience with sprinkler/irrigation systems preferred
- Experience installing weed barrier/fabric preferred
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
