This position is primarily focused on lawn maintenance, with occasional help on landscaping projects as needed.

What the job looks like:

Mowing, edging, and blowing commercial & residential properties Yard cleanups Bed maintenance and general labor Occasional landscape work (mulch, plants, sod, light projects) Loading/unloading equipment and materials Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions What we're looking for: Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to get to job sites Shows up on time and ready to work Works hard and stays productive throughout the day Takes direction well and communicates clearly Good attitude and team player If you don't have experience but are willing to work hard and learn, we're open to the right person.

What to expect:

This is an active, hands-on job where you'll be working outdoors and moving throughout the day as part of a crew. We take pride in doing quality work and keeping things running efficiently. We're looking for someone who wants something steady and long-term — not just a temporary job.

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends during peak season Typical days are 8-10 hours depending on workload
