Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as walkways and patios Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, tree trimming, irrigation system setup and repairs, and seasonal snow plowing Operate hand tools and power tools safely to carry out various landscaping activities Support construction projects by digging trenches with excavators or hand tools and preparing sites for new installations Maintain equipment including lawnmowers, trimmers, and other landscaping machinery through routine cleaning and minor repairs Assist with horticultural practices such as soil preparation, mulching, and garden bed maintenance to promote plant health Experience Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or construction is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with operating power tools, excavators, or other landscaping machinery is a plus Basic understanding of horticulture principles including plant care and landscape maintenance techniques Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended period s Knowledge of tree care practices such as trimming and pruning enhances your ability to contribute effectively Join us in creating vibrant outdoor environments!
