Lawn Maintenance Crew Member Meredith & Kull Family Outdoor Services LLCPay:
$20-$35 per hour, depending on experienceQuarterly Performance Bonuses Meredith & Kull Family Outdoor Services LLC is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing lawn care and landscaping team.Job duties include:
Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Landscaping installation and maintenance Mulch, rock, dirt, sod, and grass seed installation Aeration and seeding Shrub and tree trimming Property and seasonal cleanups Operating commercial mowers and landscaping equipment Loading/unloading equipment and materials General outdoor property maintenance Experience in lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, or operating commercial equipment is preferred. We are looking for people who show up on time, work hard, take pride in their work, and can work well as part of a crew. Compensation $20-$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Employees are also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses based on attendance, reliability, quality of work, productivity, and overall job performance. There is room to grow within the company for employees who demonstrate strong work ethic, leadership, and the ability to take on additional responsibilities.
