About the role:

As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance the appearance of outdoor spaces by performing mowing tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring that lawns and other outdoor areas are well-groomed and visually appealing. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:

Adheres to all safety precautions. Follows written and verbal instructions from the Landscaping leader and clients. Perform regular lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging. Safely operate and maintain mowing equipment and report any issues promptly. Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored. Removes snow, ice, and leaves as needed.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Familiarity with safety protocols. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or when necessary. Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality workmanship. Experience operating zero turns and other mowing equipment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Lifts 50 pounds and handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and climbing. Works well independently and with a team.
