Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate a variety of groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, excavators, and snow plows with precision and safety awareness Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering of lawns and gardens Identify plants accurately to support proper horticultural care and landscape design Manage pest control through pesticide application following safety protocols and environmental guidelines Conduct groundskeeping activities like tree trimming, hardscape installation, and snow removal to maintain property aesthetics and safety Follow strict safety procedures during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure team well-being Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping projects Mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools, power equipment, and irrigation systems Strong understanding of horticulture principles, plant identification, and lawn care techniques Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators safely and effectively Familiarity with pesticide management and safety protocol adherence Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working in various weather conditions Valid experience with groundskeeping equipment operation including mowers, trimmers, hand tools, and snow plowing machinery Embark on a rewarding career where your outdoor skills help transform landscapes into stunning environments!
