Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Technician and bring outdoor spaces to life with your skills and passion! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing landscapes through hands-on work, operating groundskeeping equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Your expertise will help create beautiful, functional outdoor environments that inspire and delight. Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or managing irrigation systems, your contribution will make a lasting impact on our clients' properties. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping and grounds maintenance while working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate a variety of groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, excavators, and snow plows with precision and safety awareness Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering of lawns and gardens Identify plants accurately to support proper horticultural care and landscape design Manage pest control through pesticide application following safety protocols and environmental guidelines Conduct groundskeeping activities like tree trimming, hardscape installation, and snow removal to maintain property aesthetics and safety Follow strict safety procedures during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure team well-being Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping projects Mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools, power equipment, and irrigation systems Strong understanding of horticulture principles, plant identification, and lawn care techniques Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators safely and effectively Familiarity with pesticide management and safety protocol adherence Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working in various weather conditions Valid experience with groundskeeping equipment operation including mowers, trimmers, hand tools, and snow plowing machinery Embark on a rewarding career where your outdoor skills help transform landscapes into stunning environments! Pay:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
