Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong work ethic, contributing to various landscaping projects, including residential and commercial properties. Duties As a Landscape Laborer, your responsibilities will include: Mowing lawns and maintaining turf areas to ensure a neat appearance. Digging, planting, and irrigating gardens and landscapes as directed. Performing snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear. Engaging in groundskeeping tasks to maintain the overall aesthetic of properties. Providing lawn care services, including fertilization and pest control. Assisting with hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Trimming trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and enhance visual appeal. Skills The successful candidate will possess the following skills: Proficiency in mowing techniques and lawn maintenance practices. Ability to dig, plant, and irrigate effectively for optimal landscape health. Experience with snow plowing operations during winter months. Knowledge of groundskeeping principles and practices. Familiarity with lawn care products and their applications. Skills in hardscape installation techniques for durable outdoor structures. Capability to maintain gardens through regular upkeep and seasonal adjustments. Competence in tree trimming methods that promote safety and plant health.
