Job Summary A great job for someone who loves to garden and enjoys being outdoors! We are seeking a dedicated, passionate gardener to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will maintain and beautify our outdoor spaces, ensuring lush landscapes and well-maintained gardens that inspire pride and beauty. You will keep our outdoor environment thriving and visually stunning. This job is seasonal (April - mid-November) and offers you flexible hours and a shared position. Responsibilities Planning and execution of landscape maintenance activities, including weeding, pruning, planting, watering, and seasonal cleanups, as well as event day setup of the outdoor ceremony space. Ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain healthy plant life. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment to perform routine groundskeeping tasks efficiently and safely. You will be assisting with landscaping projects from start to finish, including soil preparation, planting, fertilizing, and mulching. Conduct regular inspections of outdoor spaces to identify areas needing attention or repair; implement necessary maintenance or improvements. Qualifications This job requires someone who has a passion for gardening to make our wedding venue beautiful for our couples and their guests. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
