$20.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience) We're looking for an experienced, dependable Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. If you take pride in quality work, show up on time, and know how to safely operate commercial landscaping equipment, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform weekly lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. Operate commercial mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers. Maintain clean, professional job sites. Follow safety procedures and company standards. Work efficiently as part of a crew in all weather conditions. Qualifications Previous professional lawn care or landscaping experience required. Experience operating commercial lawn equipment. Reliable transportation to work. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors throughout the day. Valid driver's license is a plus. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Occasional Saturdays during peak season Overtime available Pay & Benefits $20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience Overtime opportunities Consistent, full-time work Opportunity for growth with a professional
