Seasonal Grounds Crew / General Laborer Boulder Ridge Country Club - 3.7 Lake in the Hills, IL Job Details Part-time | Seasonal $15 an hour 6 days ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Outdoor work experience Moving Property maintenance Ability to follow instructions Materials handling Full Job Description Seasonal Grounds Crew / General Laborer Boulder Ridge Country Club is seeking a dependable and hardworking Seasonal Grounds Crew / General Laborer to join our team for the fall season. This position will assist with general golf course and property maintenance while helping ensure the club grounds remain well-maintained and presentable for our members and guests.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour

Seasonal Responsibilities Assist with general golf course and grounds maintenance Perform mowing, trimming, raking, leaf removal, and other seasonal landscaping duties Assist with maintaining bunkers, course features, and landscaped areas Help with general cleanup and maintenance throughout the property Operate basic landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment as directed Load, unload, move, and organize materials and supplies Follow all safety procedures and properly care for tools and equipment Work cooperatively with the golf course maintenance team Perform other general labor and grounds-related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous landscaping, golf course maintenance, or general labor experience is preferred but not required Dependable and willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed This is a great seasonal opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team responsible for maintaining a high-quality golf course and club environment.
