Overview Join our dynamic maintenance team as a Maintenance Crew Member and play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces and facilities. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of tools and equipment, contribute to landscape and property upkeep, and develop valuable skills in maintenance, landscaping, and construction. Duties Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, lawn care, snow plowing, shoveling, tree trimming, pruning, and gardening to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as excavators for landscaping, hardscape installation, and construction projects Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways and parking areas safe and accessible Assist with tree care activities including planting, trimming, removal, and hazard assessment to promote healthy growth Support general maintenance tasks such as repairing fences, installing hardscape features, and maintaining garden beds Follow safety protocols at all times while handling equipment like excavators and power tools to ensure a secure work environment Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Knowledge of irrigation systems, snow plowing techniques, tree care procedures, and hardscape installation Ability to perform construction-related tasks with precision and attention to detail Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance This role offers an engaging environment where your hands-on skills will make a tangible difference.
