LocalLandscapingPartners.com is seeking experienced outdoor property service subcontractors to complete customer projects in Oak Lawn, Chicago's southwest side, and surrounding southern Cook County communities. This is paid, project-based 1099 contractor work for established contractors and owner-operators. It is not an hourly or salaried employee position. Applicants should already have their own transportation, tools or equipment, relevant field experience, and the ability to complete accepted outdoor-property-service jobs professionally. Pay Each project has an agreed scope and project-based compensation. Typical smaller landscaping, maintenance, cleanup, and property-service jobs may range from: $200 to $1,500 per completed project Larger landscape installation, grading, drainage, hardscape, cleanup, or property-improvement projects may pay more depending on the approved scope of work. Compensation is reviewed before the contractor accepts the project. Schedule This is flexible subcontractor work.
