SEEKING A GROUNDSKEEPER/PORTER FOR ONE OF OUR PEORIA, IL APARTMENT COMMUNITIES. WE ARE HIGHLY DEDICATED TO BOTH EMPLOYEES AND RESIDENTS AND TAKE A STRONG PRIDE IN WHAT WE DO!
THE
POSITION WILL REQUIRE SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY, WORKING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
: Checks and replaces exterior lighting on a regular basis. Open, close and clean pool, if certified for pool maintenance, then maintain pool as directed. Constantly observes condition of apartment property throughout the community and immediately reports and/or initiates action to correct unsafe conditions. Needs to be aware of all utility meter cut-offs, apartment and fixture cut-offs, sewer clean outs. Ensures that storage areas always remain locked when not in use. Physically walks the property to removes litter, debris, cigarette butts and pet droppings from the grounds. Performs "trash-out" duties at vacated apartments. Maintains the dump area. Details property on a regular basis Assists with "make-ready" duties when requested by the manager or senior maintenance technician. Helps clean and maintain storage and shop areas. Performs any additional duties assigned by community manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
