This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in attention to detail, and want to contribute to maintaining a high-quality golf course experience for members and guests. Position Overview The Seasonal Golf Course Maintenance position supports daily course preparation and grounds upkeep under the direction of the Director of Agronomy and maintenance leadership team. Team members help ensure that greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, landscaped areas, and club grounds are maintained to championship standards. Key Responsibilities- Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough, and other turf areas using walk-behind or riding equipment.
- Rake and maintain bunkers to ensure consistent playing conditions.
- Assist with course setup, including moving tee markers, changing cups, and preparing practice areas.
- Perform general landscaping duties such as trimming, edging, planting, mulching, weeding, and debris removal.
- Operate small equipment and hand tools safely and responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the maintenance facility, equipment, and club grounds.
- Follow all safety procedures and report equipment or course concerns to the Lead Equipment Technician Qualifications
- Prior golf course, landscaping, groundskeeping, or equipment operation experience is helpful but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license required. Schedule This seasonal position is available immediately and will continue through the end of the golf season. Hours may vary based on course needs, weather, and event schedules. Early morning availability is required. Compensation and Benefits
