Landscape & Property Crew Member Springfield, IL We are looking for a hardworking Landscape & Property Crew Member to join our team in Springfield, IL. This isn't just mowing lawns or basic upkeep, you'll be hands-on with landscape installations, property enhancements, and outdoor projects that completely transform spaces. If you take pride in physical work, care about the details, and want a reliable opportunity with room to move up, we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing Installing trees, shrubs, and seasonal features Hardscape prep, mulching, and decorative rock installation Shrub shaping and precise plant care Seasonal property enhancements and cleanups Exterior property care (gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and site prep) Operating small machinery, power tools, and equipment safely Working efficiently with your crew leader and team to get the job done right What We're Looking For Landscaping or outdoor construction experience is a plus, but not required, we train the right person. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor in all weather conditions. Valid driver's license Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Strong work ethic and the ability to work well with a crew.
