Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and plant care to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, excavators, and other power tools safely and efficiently Install and maintain irrigation systems to promote optimal plant health and water efficiency Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and pest management Execute hardscape projects like installing pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor features with precision Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or seasonal clean-up to keep landscapes pristine year-round Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and power tools is highly desirable Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, pruning, planting, and pest management Ability to identify different plants and understand basic horticulture principles Experience operating irrigation systems and grounds equipment such as excavators or tree trimming tools is a plus Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures during all tasks Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials when necessary Join us in creating vibrant outdoor environments!
