About us: Serna's Group, Corp. is a small, family-owned landscape and hardscape contractor focused on providing landscape and hardscape design and maintenance, as well as snow removal services, in the Western Suburbs of Chicago.

Location:

Western Springs, IL.

Hours:

Seasonal (Mid March through Mid December), working on average around 40-50 hours per week (Monday through Saturday), weather permitting. Out-of-season winter work opportunities also available.

Daily Responsibilities:

Be capable of performing physical yard work Loading and unloading of materials (mulch, plants, etc). Mowing grass Pruning/Trimming Shrubs, Plants, and Trees Planting Trees, Plants, and Bushes Leaf and Debris Removal Weed Removal Mulch Installation Drive and operate equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmer, blowers, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

The understanding of safe operation of equipment. Knowledge of plant care and maintenance (Preferred). Stand/Actively work up to 8 hours daily. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Perform physical yard work. Must have a driver's license and be able to get to and from site. At least 18 years old. Bilingual speaker (English and Spanish)

Pay :

Paid weekly on Fridays.
