Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills in landscape maintenance and construction, and contribute to creating stunning landscapes. Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or maintaining lawns, your efforts will help bring outdoor visions to life with energy and precision. Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting, mulching, and soil preparation using hand tools and power equipment Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to ensure healthy turf growth Maintain landscape features by pruning trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, and performing tree care activities Operate machinery including excavators, snow plows, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas Conduct landscape maintenance routines such as weed control, pest management, and hardscape upkeep Use hand tools and power tools for various landscaping tasks while adhering to safety standards Requirements Prior experience or knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, or gardening is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely and responsibly Mechanical knowledge or experience with construction equipment is a plus Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions including snow plowing during winter months Strong attention to detail for tasks like tree trimming, lawn care, and landscape maintenance Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Valid driver's license may be required for equipment operation or transportation purposes This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in landscaping while contributing to vibrant outdoor spaces.
