Modern Tree Solutions — Anderson, Indiana Want to build a career in tree care? Modern Tree Solutions is hiring crew members for tree removal, trimming, and crane-assisted work across Central Indiana. We have room for an experienced climber or cutter—and for a reliable beginner willing to learn the trade. The work Set up and clean up job sites; move brush, process wood, and feed the chipper. Support climbers, bucket operators, and crane-assisted removals from the ground. Use ropes, rigging gear, chainsaws, and equipment as your training and experience allow . Help the crew protect customer property and complete each job safely. You'd be a strong fit if you show up on time, work well with a crew, listen carefully, and take safety seriously. This is physical outdoor work in changing weather. You need to be willing to start with ground work, even if your goal is to climb or operate equipment. Experience with tree cutting, climbing, rigging, pruning, chainsaws, chippers, or heavy equipment is a strong plus. Prior tree care experience is not required for an entry-level crew position. We provide hands-on training, and committed team members may have opportunities for employer-paid industry certifications, CDL training, and advancement.
