Job Description
Natures Way is a locally owned company dedicated to providing exceptional landscaping services for both residential and commercial clients. As a Landscape Laborer, you will join a supportive, close-knit team that values hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude. This role offers hands-on experience in exterior maintenance across multiple departments, including Irrigation Lawncare, Landscape, Horticulture, and Interior services. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with team members to complete landscaping projects and maintenance tasks. Represent the company professionally through appearance and behavior at all times. Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by performing quality work on client properties. Properly use and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles. Assist with fueling trucks and equipment as needed. Transport crewmates from the shop to job sites when designated as a driver. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites and at the shop. Complete and submit required paperwork, such as incident reports and timesheets, accurately and on time. Communicate effectively with coworkers, crew leaders, managers, and office staff. Qualifications Reliable, responsible, punctual, and dependable. Polite and courteous to clients and coworkers. Highly motivated, eager to learn, self-driven, and attentive to detail. Able to work as part of a team and follow direction well. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. Strong communication and time-management skills. Available for long seasonal hours and weekend work as needed. Able to lift at least 50 lbs. Valid Drivers License required. Commitment to following company standards for quality, safety, and maintenance best practices. Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. Experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or outdoor work is a plus. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Compensation Starting at $16.25 per hour .
