//mintcityutilityservices.com/about/jobs/ Position Overview The above roles play a key role in maintaining safe clearance around utility infrastructure. Positions include Ground Workers, Aerial Bucket Operators, and Climbers. Team members will assist with tree trimming, debris removal, equipment operation, and maintaining safe work zones. Responsibilities Perform vegetation management around utility lines and rights-of-way Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other arborist equipment safely Assist with aerial lift operations or climbing tasks (depending on position) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Requirements Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to lift 25 to 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience is preferred but not required Open to applicants without a high school diploma, GED, or college degree Military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply Fair Chance employer (background checks follow Fair Chance hiring practices) Hourly Wages Final pay is based on experience and skill level.
