We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our mobile home community team here at Edgewood Estates. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping properties clean and presentable, and can handle a variety of physical tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

Operating and maintaining a riding lawn mower Leaf Removal Pressure washing homes, decks, sidewalks, and common areas Mobile home clean outs and debris removal Pulling and maneuvering trailers safely Assisting with general grounds upkeep and property appearance Hauling materials and equipment as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Ability to pull a trailer confidently and safely Experience operating a riding lawn mower Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
