We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape & Outdoor Services Crew Member to join our team.

• Job Summary As a Crew Member, you will work alongside our team to complete a variety of outdoor projects for residential and commercial customers.

This is a hands-on position that involves physical labor, operating equipment, moving materials, and helping complete projects from start to finish. This is not a mowing or routine lawn-maintenance position. We focus primarily on larger landscaping, hardscaping, cleanup, and outdoor improvement projects. Every project is different, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, learning new skills, and seeing the results of their work.

• Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation and renovation projects Install plants, mulch, soil, stone, edging, and other landscape materials Assist with patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscaping projects Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Perform junk removal and property cleanouts Remove brush, branches, leaves, and other yard debris Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow project instructions and company safety procedures Work efficiently and safely as part of a crew Communicate professionally with customers when needed Perform other general outdoor labor as required•

Qualifications Required:

Reliable transportation Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods Ability to lift and carry heavy materials Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and work well with a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred, but not required: Previous landscaping experience Hardscaping or construction experience Experience operating landscaping or construction equipment Experience with hand and power tools Previous outdoor labor experience Valid driver's license What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can be counted on .
