Landscape Maintenance is actively looking for hard working / motivated team members. Applicants must have an eye for detail, reliable, and work well in a team environment. Crew Members will be in the field developing the skills necessary to advance to a Crew Leader position. These are full-time, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal tasks in the winter.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate with customers Direct and train crew members on yard enhancement duties Supervise crew to obtain top quality workmanship and efficiency Create a teamwork environment among employees Inspect truck per standard work guidelines Complete all production related paperwork and record billable work Lead team to mow and edge lawns, using power equipment Direct team to care for established lawns by weeding, trimming and edging.

Experience & Requirements:

No experience required for Crew Member position, we will train the right candidates Valid Driver's License Supervisory experience and skills required for Crew Leader position Strong problem solving skills Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period of time If you have been looking for a career and a company to grow with that provides opportunity for advancement, you have found us!
