Pay Pay is based on experience and whether the applicant has a valid driver's license. Higher pay is available for experienced candidates and Crew Leaders. Mowing & Landscaping Crew Members & Crew Leaders Property Pros is hiring Mowing & Landscaping Crew Members and Crew Leaders to join our growing team. We serve Central Indiana with landscape maintenance, design, and outdoor construction services. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who take pride in quality work and enjoy working outdoors. Position Summary Crew Members and Crew Leaders work as part of a team to complete landscape maintenance services. Crew Leaders are responsible for leading the crew, maintaining job quality, and meeting production goals. Responsibilities For Crew Members Perform lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing) Mulch, weed, prune, and water plants Install plants, trees, and landscape materials Follow company safety standards and job processes Work safely and efficiently as part of a team Aiding in snow removal, when called upon Other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities for Crew Leaders Lead and supervise 1-3 team members Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards Communicate with management and customers as needed Train and support crew members Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization Qualifications Landscaping experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license strongly preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Property Pros is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
