Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you will work outdoors, utilizing your skills in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and groundskeeping to ensure that each property meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance. Assist in landscape maintenance by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed. Execute hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to promote healthy growth. Dig and prepare soil for planting or landscaping projects. Conduct tree care activities including trimming and pruning to enhance the health and appearance of trees. Maintain equipment used for lawn care and landscaping to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Knowledge of groundskeeping practices and principles is a plus. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
