Overview Join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team as a Lawn Care / Snow Crew Member, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining beautiful landscapes and ensuring safe, accessible properties year-round. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in all seasons, applying your skills in landscape maintenance, snow removal, and groundskeeping. Whether you're trimming trees, operating power tools, or managing irrigation systems, your efforts will directly contribute to the aesthetic appeal and safety of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep landscapes vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain landscape features by pruning trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and managing hardscape elements like pathways and patios Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Conduct snow plowing and snow removal operations using plows, shovels, and other equipment to keep walkways clear during winter storms Follow safety protocols rigorously during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries Identify plants, pests, and diseases to assist with landscaping health and pest management efforts Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience or interest in groundskeeping, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools is a plus Ability to operate lawn care machinery such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow plows safely Knowledge of plant identification, landscape maintenance practices, and irrigation systems is advantageous Strong understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds maintenance tasks This role offers a fantastic opportunity for energetic individuals passionate about outdoor work to grow their skills while contributing to well-maintained landscapes. Pay:
