Job Overview Hatch Home Repair LLC is looking to add a dependable Construction Groundsman / General Laborer to our crew.

Job duties include:

Job-site setup and cleanup Loading and unloading materials Carrying and staging lumber, drywall, roofing, siding, flooring, etc. Demolition and debris removal Dumpster cleanup and trash removal Assisting carpenters, roofers, siding installers, and other crew members Picking up and organizing tools and materials Basic measuring, cutting, and installation when trained Roofing ground support and nail cleanup Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe Other general construction duties as assigned What we're looking for: Dependable and shows up on time Strong work ethic Able to perform physical construction work Able to lift and carry construction materials Willing to learn and follow directions Works well with a crew Must take job-site safety seriously Construction experience is a plus, but willingness to work and learn is most important Pay will be discussed during the interview and based on experience.
