Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to landscape maintenance and installation. As a crew member, you will help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-kept and visually appealing. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Responsibilities Perform seasonal cleanup and property maintenance. Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants. Install and maintain mulch and other landscaping materials. Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and unwanted vegetation. Assist with landscape contruction and outdoor improvement projects. Operate and maintain lawn equipment and tools including blowers and trimmers. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Provide excellent customer service. Perform other landscaping duties as assigned. Skills Experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods in varying weather conditions. Attention to detail in maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed. Ability to work well with coworkers and follow instructions. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance practices.
