Job Description
Full Job Description The Crew Staffing is currently hiring Grounds Crew Members to join our team at a premier private country club. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes, and are looking for full-time, long-term employment. As a Grounds Crew Member, you will help maintain the golf course and surrounding property to provide exceptional playing conditions for members and guests. Responsibilities Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other turf areas Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles Rake bunkers and maintain sand traps Repair divots and ball marks Assist with irrigation repairs and watering as needed Plant, prune, and maintain shrubs, flowers, and landscaped areas Keep the course clean by removing debris and emptying trash receptacles Perform general golf course maintenance and other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous landscaping, golf course maintenance, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have reliable transportation Schedule Full-Time Morning shifts Weekend availability may be required Overtime opportunities available during peak season Pay & Benefits $16.00-$21.00 per hour (DOE) Full-time, year-round opportunity Weekly pay Opportunity for advancement Supportive team environment
