Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Maintenance Person to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks focused on the upkeep and maintenance of our customers landscape. The ideal candidate will possess landscape maintenance knowledge and be comfortable using power tools, as well as performing outdoor tasks related to landscape maintenance and lawn care. Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks including pulling weeds, laying fertilizers, mulching, and pruning. Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Garden maintenance including planting, watering, and irrigating plants. Digging and preparing areas for planting or repairs as needed. Ensure all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Assist with repairs and maintenance of buildings and facilities as required. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Skills Strong knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues. Experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and gardening techniques. Proficient in operating power tools safely. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
