Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of various landscaping techniques. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, hardscaping, and horticulture, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. Duties Perform general landscape maintenance, including planting, trimming, seasonal cleanups, mulching, and more. Conduct hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Participate in tree care activities such as tree trimming and removal as needed. Operate machinery, including excavators, for digging and moving earth or materials. Maintain cleanliness of job sites by disposing of debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. Assist in snow plowing during the winter months to maintain safe access for clients. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscape maintenance techniques, and horticulture principles is beneficial. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
