Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full Time Lawncare & Snow Removal Technician to join our outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful landscapes and ensuring safe, efficient snow removal during the winter months. Your work will directly contribute to the aesthetic appeal and safety of commercial and industrial properties. This position offers a dynamic outdoor environment where your skills in grounds maintenance, landscaping, and snow management will be put to great use. A passion for outdoor work, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to maintain healthy, attractive landscapes Operate landscaping equipment such as power tools, mowers, trimmers, sprayers and blowers safely and efficiently Conduct landscape maintenance activities like planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and plant identification to enhance property aesthetics Manage snow removal operations using payloaders, plows, shovels, salt spreaders, and other snow management equipment during winter months Follow all safety protocols rigorously while operating grounds maintenance equipment and performing outdoor work Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with knowledge of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping practices Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, lawn care equipment, and snow removal machinery Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management is a plus Ability to operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment safely and effectively Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, shoveling, and prolonged standing or walking Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trucks or trailers is advantageous Reliable transportation Willingness to work in various weather conditions throughout the year Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while enjoying a rewarding career that values your skills and dedication!
