Looking for full-time landscape crew members! No experience needed and hiring immediately! Our company works for new-home builders throughout central Indiana including Indianapolis, Westfield, Columbus, and other cities. We finish grade, lay sod, and install landscaping on newly-constructed homes. We are looking for reliable employees that can perform a variety of landscape tasks.

Landscape Crew Member Duties:

Perform all duties required to complete the work needing done at the jobsites. Shoveling and raking dirt for finish grading, laying and carrying sod, planting trees and shrubs, spreading mulch, spreading seed and straw, install straw matting, sweeping and cleaning up the jobsite, as well as other various tasks. Help with loading and unloading trucks with the equipment, supplies, and materials needed for the day.

Landscape Crew Member Requirements:

Reliable transportation to our shop is necessary; you must show up on time every day! You will ride in company vehicles to the jobsites. Must be willing and able to work long hours outside in the elements including high heat or cold, humidity, dust or mud, and rain or snow. Have the stamina to work through an entire shift while lifting, bending, standing, and digging. Wear boots, hard hats, and weather-appropriate clothing. No dress code or uniform required.
